About Day-to-Be
Created as the more approachable counterpart to our
farmhouse and barrel-aged releases, Day-to-Be Brewing is our
expression of modern craft beer—fresh, creative and made to be enjoyed often.
Built on traditional brewing foundations but never
limited by them, Day-to-Be allows us to explore a wide range of styles,
ingredients and flavour profiles. From hazy pales and hop-forward IPAs to rich
stouts and fruited sours, each release is brewed in small batches with a focus
on balance, drinkability and character.
At its core, craft beer is about independence,
quality and innovation. It’s about taking classic styles and giving them a
fresh perspective, while constantly experimenting with new ideas, ingredients
and techniques. That spirit sits at the heart of Day-to-Be.
Using high-quality malt, hops, yeast and carefully
selected specialty ingredients, we create beers that are flavourful, expressive
and intentionally different from mass-produced beer. Some are bold and
adventurous, others are clean and easy-drinking—but all are brewed with
freshness and enjoyment in mind.
